If you see it, you believe it

If you touch it then you know

It is natural to accept it

There’s no faith you have to show

Things we see and touch will pass

They are temporal, though they’re real

They will come and go, not last

It’s not based on what we feel

There’s no super in the natural

The five senses gives us proof

When it comes to things not seen

Some will say it’s just a spoof

To rise above the natural state

And believe in things unseen

Faith is what it will take

A supernatural means

Faith is the evidence of things not seen

Things you can not touch or feel

But if on faith you will lean

The supernatural is the real

In times of trials and suffering

When things are going south

There is a form of buffering

It’s speaking Gods’ word from your mouth

How do we so often forget

The times of Gods’ refreshing

For He is faithful not to neglect

To shower us with blessings

As one who knows the word of God

As Christians we should know

To be aware of falsehoods, facades

Gods’ truth is what we should show

So remember trials you’ve faced before

That God has brought you through

And take a seat at heavens’ door

Then wait and see what God will do

Jesus is the head of the “church”

Not the building, but the members

He is the brains of the operation

To Him the body must surrender

As followers of Jesus Christ

We make up the body parts

Some are arms, some are legs

But we all are of the Fathers’ heart

Jesus as the mind, the head

Controls the body’s movements

He directs the feet to go

On different types of pavements

A body without a head

Is just a lifeless form

A head without a body

Its task it can’t perform

So we the “church”…the body

Without Jesus Christ the head

Are just some lifeless members

Better known as the Walking Dead

DON’T LOSE YOUR HEAD!!
